I had a small issue with my booking, support got back to me quickly. I know people like to complain about customer service, but in my case they fixed it without making it a whole thing

I was trying to book an RV on rvshare for a little trip we were planning, the whole process was more annoying than I expected. Some parts were simple enough, like browsing around and finding options, but once I actually started booking, I kept having to go back and double-check details to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. I was doing it in between work emails and making dinner, so maybe I was already a little impatient, but the messages also took a while, which made it feel slower than it needed to be. It’s not the worst website I’ve ever used or anything, but I definitely wouldn’t call the experience smooth

I was disappointed with the insurance coverage. It wasn’t very clear what was actually included, and once I looked into it more, it felt like it didn’t cover nearly enough

I found a really nice RV quickly, and booking it was straightforward. The owner was helpful and answered my questions, so that part made the whole thing feel easy.
The only thing that threw me off was the service fees at checkout… like where did all that come from?? It wasn’t a deal breaker, and we still had a good trip overall, but I do wish the full cost had been more obvious earlier.

The RV we rented through RVshare was in great shape. It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked the way it was supposed to, the fridge, AC, shower, all of it. You could tell the owner really looks after it. No weird smells, nothing broken, no surprises. It made the whole trip a lot easier and way less stressful. I’d definitely rent it again...
